    Keeping active during pregnancy can reduce the risk of pregnancy-related illnesses and conditions by up to 40%. While we understand that being pregnant can make you feel achy, tired, and sore, exercise can help relieve some of those feelings. There are plenty of activities that are safe during pregnancy (for women without medical restrictions).
