We are pleased to welcome Dr. Hany Shaltout to our community! Dr. Shaltout will commence his community psychiatry practice effective November 5, 2018 at the Gemini Health Centre.  

Dr. Shaltout is a second-generation psychiatrist with over ten (10) years of experience in the field of Psychiatry. He arrived in Canada having completed his basic training in Adult Psychiatry and then a Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry. He received certification from both the United Kingdom and from Qatar, and worked as a clinician, researcher, educator and administrator.

Specific to Community Psychiatry, Dr. Shaltout will be working closely with the Camrose Primary Care Network (PCN) Behavioral Health Consultants (BHCs) to ensure patients are receiving the right care by the right provider.
