The Camrose Primary Care Network (PCN) is inviting you to join them in a conversation about Primary Care and what that means to you at their upcoming 2016 PCN Town Hall Sessions.

The PCN is starting to work on their 2017-2020 three year business plan, and would like to engage you in that process.  Part of the business planning process is to identify our priorities for the next three years, which includes being patient centered and meeting the needs of our community.  To ensure that happens, it’s important for us to engage community members like yourself for your input, hear your experiences and work together as we plan for the future.

The Town Hall Session will also be an opportunity for the PCN to educate people what the Camrose PCN is all about.  We often are asked – “What exactly is the PCN?”  This is going to be a great opportunity for you to ask those questions and for the PCN to answer them in a meaningful and relevant way for you and your family. 

Dates and locations for the Town Halls are as follows:

October 12th                 6:30pm-8:30pm               Bashaw Majestic Theatre
October 13th                 6:30pm-8:30pm               Daysland Community Centre 
October 17th                 6:30pm-8:30pm               Hardisty Community Centre 
October 18th                 6:30pm-8:30pm               Camrose Public Library
October 19th                 6:30pm-8:30pm               Tofield Community Centre

All town hall sessions will occur in the evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and will focus on patient access, patient experience and patient outcomes – as it relates to the Camrose PCN.  Refreshments will be made available.
