    Panel Manager

    Location:  Camrose

    Position:  Part-time, Term (0.8 FTE) Term:  February 1, 2026 – August 1, 2026

    Schedule: 31 hours/week

    The Panel Manager works with the multidisciplinary care team  to positively impact the health of clinic patients, including those not actively seeking care, through evidence-based prevention health promotion strategies.  The Panel Manager supports in designing and implementing strategies into existing clinic processes by working collaboratively with physicians, clinic staff, and health professionals.  This position will be based from a variety of community settings such as Physician clinic, Primary Care Network office or alternative environment deemed suitable by leadership.

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

    • High School diploma required
    • Minium of 2 years experience in a medical office environment
    • Minimal Medical Office Assistant certification or equivalent is an asset
    • Formal post-secondary education, particularly in health information technology an asset
    • Excellent computer and data entry skills
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Previous EMR experience considered an asset
    • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a clinic team member, the Panel Manager will:

    • Enable EMR optimization
    • Leverage EMR for patient care
    • Support CPCN evaluation activities
    • Improve screening processes and efficiency in clinic
    • Maximize utilization of the EMR
    • Enhance the day to day function of the clinic
    • Collaborate with the Clinic’s Quality Improvement Team, CPCN Practice Facilitation Team and Health Care Professionals

    Core Competencies:

    • Clear communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and team skills with the ability to be accountable with minimal supervision

     

    Salary: Remuneration based on education and experience with a range of $22.56 -27.42/hour.
