    Are you a senior who has had a fall or is worried about falling?

    Minimize your falls by attending a free, 8-week program. Learn about how you can use exercise to reduce your risk of having a fall. See how nutrition, sleep, medication, vision, hearing, footwear and posture can impact your risk of having a fall.

    There will be both videoconferencing and in-person sessions involved in the program. An assessment with an exercise specialist is included and required to begin the program. There is no charge to this program. Registration is required. To register, call Daysland CRP at 780-374-3815.
