The Camrose Family Resource Centre is hosting a program this fall called "Mothers First." This unique support program meets weekly and chats about issues relevant to motherhood. Topics covered will include Mental Health & Wellness, Body Health, Relaxation & Stress Management, Self Awareness, Definitions & Realities of Motherhood, Social Supports, Relationships & Parenting and Community Supports. Other components of the group will include some self care practice (during group) and check ins.
