On July 11 from 10 am to noon, AHS is offering a free infant nutrition class at the Camrose Community Health Centre (5510 46 Ave). Registered dietitians will educate and answer questions about introducing solids and textures to little ones. They will highlight why babies need to start on iron-rich foods and why introducing new tastes and textures is important. There will be demonstrations on how to make your own baby food using tools you already have at home!

Participants are encouraged to bring their little ones to taste test the food at the end of the class!
